摘要
结合北京地铁3号线东四十条站至工人体育场站区间与17号线东大桥站至工人体育场站区间的一条联络线,通过工程实例及施工经验,介绍小半径曲线暗挖隧道模板台车定位控制技术,对小半径曲线模板台车定位控制、中线控制、净空尺寸控制、模板台车外放尺寸控制等关键技术进行详细介绍,并总结相关理论数据,对此类小半径曲线暗挖隧道二次衬砌模板台车定位控制施工具有一定的参考价值。
This paper introduces the positioning control technology of formwork trolley for undercut tunnel in small radius curve by making use of project cases and construction experience in combination with a tie line between the section Dongsi Shitiao Station~Beijing workers stadium Station of Beijing Subway Line 3 and the section Dongdaqiao Station~Beijing workers stadium Station of Beijing Subway Line 17,gives detailed introduction to key technologies such as positioning control of formwork trolley in small radius curve,centerline control,clearance control and external dimension control of formwork trolley etc.,and summarizes related theoretical data,to provide certain valuable reference to the positioning control of secondary lining formwork trolley for similar undercut tunnels in small radius curve.
