摘要
帷幕注浆对于加固围岩、掌子面的维稳和止水有良好的效果,是广泛使用的有效止水方法。结合具体工程地质水文条件和技术条件,利用止浆墙承压进行帷幕注浆止水加固施工技术,合理设计注浆钻孔施工控制参数,以确保隧道施工安全和效率。为清晰地把握注浆量,有计划地进行帷幕注浆和可视化技术交底,根据施工经验选择相关技术参数。探究帷幕注浆孔位布置、钻孔数量和角度的计算方法并理论推导计算公式,为相关工程提供有效参考。
Curtain grouting has good effects on surrounding rock reinforcement,tunnel face stability maintenance and water sealing and is an efficient water-stop method used widely.In combination with the practical engineering hydrogeological and technical conditions,utilize the construction technology for curtain grouting&water-stop by using the wall for grouting for pressure bearing,and reasonably design the control parameters for grouting boring construction,to ensure the tunnel construction safety and efficiency.Choose related technical parameters according to the construction experience,for the purpose of clearly knowing the grouting volume and conducting curtain grouting and visually technical disclosure as scheduled.Ascertain the layout of curtain grouting hole locations,borehole quantity and angle calculation method,and infer the calculation formula theoretically,to provide valid reference to related projects.
