摘要
如今建筑信息模型(BIM)技术与地下空间发展成热门话题,但地下工程存在很多不确定性,施工难度大。结合地下空间工程、地铁工程、地下综合管廊工程中在管线拆改、风险管控、三维交底、技术创新等方面的BIM技术应用,汇总提炼地下工程现阶段BIM技术应用存在的主要问题及未来发展方向,充分发挥BIM技术在地下工程领域的作用,助力该领域安全、高效、快速施工。
BIM technology and underground space development have now become hot topics but underground engineering has many uncertainties,with high construction difficulty.In combination with the application of BIM technology in pipeline removal,risk control,3D disclosure and new technology innovation etc.of underground space,subway and underground composite pipe gallery works,summarize the main problems of underground engineering during present BIM technology application and determine the future development direction,give full play to the effects of BIM technology in underground engineering,and facilitate safe,high-efficiency and rapid construction in this field.
