摘要
星火站交通枢纽工程采用明挖法施工,基坑围护结构采用地下连续墙+预应力锚杆的支护形式。地下连接墙具有地下连接墙钢筋笼质量大、异形钢筋笼数量多的特点,因此对于吊装施工要求更高,主要从吊装设备选择、工艺流程、吊点设置、异形钢筋笼吊装、玻璃纤维经钢筋笼吊装等方面进行论述,为类似工程提供切实可行的实践经验。
Xinghuo Station Transportation Hub Project adopts the open-cut method for construction while retaining structure of the foundation pit chooses the support form of diaphragm wall+prestressed anchor bolt.Diaphragm wall is characterized by heavy mass of reinforcement cage and a large number of special-shaped reinforcement cages and thus has stricter requirements for hoisting.This paper mainly discusses in terms of lifting equipment selection,technological process,lifting point layout,hoisting of special-shaped reinforcement cage and glass fiber reinforcement cage etc.
