近两年,国家有关部门正在建筑工程领域努力推进智能建造,为此需要对智能建造建立全面的认识。分析智能建造的演变与分类,从智能设计、智能生产、智能施工、智能运维、智能装备、建筑产业互联网等6个方面分别总结了目前智能建造的热点,并从智能建造技术以及智能建造管理两个方面预测智能建造的发展趋势,以助于行业相关人员建立对智能建造的全面认识,把握智能建造的发展方向。

In the past two years,authorities in China have been striving hard to push ahead with intelligent construction in the field of construction work.Therefore,it is necessary to have a comprehensive understanding of intelligent construction.This paper has discussed the development and categories of intelligent construction,and has concluded the present hot fields in intelligent construction from six aspects respectively:intelligent design,intelligent production,intelligent construction,intelligent operation and maintenance,intelligent equipment and construction industry internet.This paper has also predicted the development trends of intelligent construction from the two aspects of intelligent construction technology and intelligent construction management,which will help related personnel in this industry to have a comprehensive understanding of intelligent construction,and grasp the development directions of intelligent construction.
