基于电子进程单操作的管制意图分析与应用

摘要 电子进程单系统是塔台管制过程中管制员使用的重要的管制工具,系统集成了飞行计划数据、雷达监视数据、ADS B数据等信息,可帮助管制员制定管制预案,掌握民航航空器的空中动态,进行管制移交并对可能冲突的航空器进行合理调配。塔台管制环境复杂,管制员需同时操作电子进程单系统与空管内话系统,并需人工保障信息的一致性。针对塔台管制员在塔台管制过程中需要同时进行语音管制和电子进程单操作的问题,在分析考核需求与现有技术趋势发展的基础上,提出一种管制操作意图分析与应用的方法。使用大数据提炼、文本转语音、管制意图分析等方式对电子进程单的操作意图进行分析,代替管制员发出语音指令的方法,与目前方式相比可以提高管制效率,降低管制命令和操作不一致现象的发生。 The electronic flight strip system is an important control tool used by controllers in the tower control process.The system integrates flight plan data,radar surveillance data,ADS B data and other information,which can help controllers to make control plans,grasp the air dynamics of civil aircraft,conduct control handover and make reasonable deployment of aircraft that may conflict.However,the tower control environment is complex,and controllers need to operate the electronic flight strip system and the ATC intercom system at the same time,and manually ensure the consistency of information.Aiming at the problem that tower controllers need to perform voice control and electronic flight strip order operation simultaneously in the process of tower control,a method of control operation intent analysis and application is proposed based on the analysis of assessment requirements and the development of existing technology trends.This paper proposes a way to analyze the operation intent of electronic flight strip orders using big data refinement,text to speech,and control intent analysis,instead of issuing voice commands by controllers,which can improve control efficiency and reduce the inconsistency of control commands and operations compared with traditional methods.
