我国乡村建设经历了波澜起伏、曲折多难的百年历程,既有成功的经验,也有失败的教训。产业是乡村建设的关键要素,政府的政策、项目和资金对乡村建设既具有基础性的保障作用,又具有撬动和引领作用,而如何最大程度地有效整合这些资源同样是乡村建设的重要课题。乡村建设的核心是重塑多元共享的村庄利益共同体,随着乡村建设的主体不断增多,更加需要通过利益共享机制来实现多元主体参与乡村建设。未来,乡村的产业形态、社会形态和文化形态都会发生明显变化,乡村建设将融合城乡、现代与传统乃至后现代化要素,形成新的乡村形态。

China’s rural construction has gone through a century-long course of vicissitudes,and there are both successful experiences and lessons of failure.Industry is the key element of rural construction,and government policies,projects and funds are not only the basic guarantee,but also plays a leveraging and leading role for other resources,while how to maximize the effective integration of these resources is also an important issue in rural construction.The core of rural construction is to reshape a community of interests shared by multiple villages.With the increasing number of subjects in rural construction,it is more necessary to realize the participation of multiple subjects in rural construction through interest sharing mechanism.In the future,the industrial,social and cultural patterns of villages will change significantly,and village construction will integrate urban and rural areas,modern and traditional and even post-modern elements to form a new village pattern.
