北京市通州区市售代用茶农药残留检测结果分析

Analysis of test results of substitutional tea sold pesticide residues in Tongzhou District of Beijing

摘要 目的 对北京市通州区市售代用茶样品进行多种农药残留检测,以掌握该地市售代用茶农药残留基础数据。方法 采用气相色谱串联质谱法对北京市通州区市售代用茶样品进行102种农药检测。结果 248份市售代用茶样品中花茶类超标率最高,为16.90%;102种农药残留品种中检出43种农药,其中20种农药检出率较高,均在5份及以上代用茶样品中检出,其中毒死蜱检出率最高。248份代用茶农药总检出率为52.82%(131/248),其中花类代用茶农药检出率为67.61%(48/71),叶类代用茶农药检出率为47.46%(28/59),果类代用茶农药检出率为46.61%(55/118),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.735,P<0.05)。不同售卖场所农药检出率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.381,P<0.05),药店农药检出率为62.86%。结论 花类代用茶农药检出率较高,不同售卖场所中药店农药检出率较高。有关部门应加强药店进货监管和日常监测,国家应及时制定相关的检测方法及限量标准,以保证代用茶质量安全。 Objective A variety of pesticide residues were conducted on samples of commercially available tea substitutes in Tongzhou District, Beijing, to obtain basic data on pesticide residues in commercially available tea substitutes in the area.Methods A total of 102 kinds of pesticide were detected in substitute tea samples by gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS) in Tongzhou District, Beijing.Results Among the 248 commercially available tea substitutes, the highest rate of 16.90% was found in the flower tea category, 43 pesticides were deceted in 102 pesticide residue species, of which 20 pesticieds were detected at a high rate in 5 or more tea substitutes, among which chlorpyrifos had the highest detection rate.The total detection rate of pesticieds in 248 tea samples was 52.82%(131/248),of which, the detection rate of flower tea was 67.61%(48/71),leaf tea substitutes was 47.46%(28/59),and fruit tea substitutes was 46.61%(55/118).The differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.735,P<0.05).The detection rate of pesticides in different sales places was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.381,P<0.05),and the detection rate of pesticides in drugstores was 62.86%.Conclusion The detection rate of pesticide residues in flower tea substitutes is high, the detection rate of pesticieds in Chinese medicine shops in different sales places is high.The relevant departments should strengthen the supervision and daily monitoring of the purchase of the pharmacy, and the state should promptly develop relevant testing methods and limit standards to ensure the quality and safety of tea substitutes.
