摘要
近年来,随着医学科学技术的不断进步、麻风病防治水平的快速提升,作为全球公共卫生问题的麻风病疫情已在国内外大部分地区得到有效控制,但部分发展中国家麻风病疫情依然十分严峻,且麻风病受歧视问题仍较为复杂。本文综述近年来国内外麻风病的流行、防治、诊断、歧视和康复护理相关的研究现状,以期为我国“十四五”期间控制并消除麻风病危害规划方案的制定与实施提供科学依据。
The epidemic of leprosy as a global public health problem has been effectively controlled in most regions at home and abroad recently with the continuous progress of medical technology and rapid improvement of leprosy prevention and treatment, but the epidemic of leprosy in some developing countries remains extremely severe, and the problem of leprosy′s subject to discrimination remains being relatively complex.This paper reviews the current status of leprosy epidemiology, prevention and treatment, diagnosis, discrimination and rehabilitation care at home and abroad in recent years, with the aim of providing scientific basis for the development and implementation of leprosy control and elimination program in China during “the 14 th Five-Year Plan”.
