超声辅助提取-GC/MS法检测“死藤水”中二甲色胺

Determination of dimethyltryptamine in ayahuasca by ultrasound-assisted extraction with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry

摘要 目的 建立超声辅助提取-GC/MS(气相色谱/质谱联用)法检测“死藤水”中活性物质二甲基色胺,并进行方法学评价。方法 “死藤水”经乙酸乙酯溶剂超声提取后进行气相色谱/质谱联用检测,选用HP-5MS(30m×0.25mm×0.25μm)色谱柱,对超声提取条件进行了优化。结果 此方法在0.5~200μg/g范围内线性关系良好,相关系数R^(2)=0.9965;检出限LOD=16 ng/mL,定量限LOQ=50 ng/mL;方法回收率78.5~102.6%,RSD值≤7.5%。结论 所建方法简便快捷、灵敏度高,可应用于法庭科学中该类案件检验工作。 Objective To establish an ultrasound-assisted extraction-GC/MS method for the determination of dimethyltryptamine, an active substance, in ayahuasca and to evaluate its methodology. Methods Samples were pulverized and extracted by ultrasonic extraction with ethyl acetate and detected by GC/MS. HP-5 MS(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm) column was selected. Operating parameters in GC/MS were optimized. Results Linear curve covered the range 0.5~200 μg/g. R^(2) was 0.9965. LOD was 16 ng/mL, LOQ was 50 ng/mL, The recoveries were 78.5%~102.6%.RSD ≤7.5%. Conclusions The established method can be used for case examination with the advantages of high sensitivity, simple and quick operation.
