HIV/AIDS患者性生活体验质性研究的Meta整合

A qualitative meta-synthesis sexual experience of people living with HIV/AIDS

目的了解HIV/AIDS患者性生活体验的研究现状。方法计算机检索PubMed、Medline、Web of science、中国知网、维普、万方数据库从建库至2021年9月收录的关于HIV/AIDS患者性生活体验的质性研究。根据澳大利亚JBI循证卫生保健中心质性研究评价标准对纳入的文献进行质量评价。使用汇集性整合法进行结果整合。结果共纳入16篇研究,提取出41个研究结果,综合得到5个整合结果:HIV影响了患者的性生活体验;对夫妻间性生活的影响较大;患者肯定性生活的重要性;部分群体对安全性行为缺乏正确认知;对卫生保健系统的需求增多。结论HIV/AIDS患者在性生活体验及亲密关系的建立上存在许多障碍,部分患者对安全性行为缺乏正确的认知,应采取综合性措施对其进行干预,以改善患者的生活质量,减少HIV的二代传播。

Objective To understand the research status of sexual life experience of HIV/AIDS patients.Methods We searched qualitative studies about the sexual experience of HIV/AIDS patients from PubMed,Medline,Web of Science,CNKI,VIP,and Wanfang from the inception to September 2021.The quality of the included literature was evaluated according to the criteria for evaluating qualitative studies in the Australian JBI Evidence-based Health care center.Results A total of 16 studies were included,and 41 findings were extracted and synthesised to obtain five integrated findings:HIV affects patients’experience of sex;have a greater impact on couples’sex lives;HIV/AIDS patients affirm the importance of sex;some groups lack correct knowledge of safe sex;and an increased need for health care systems.Conclusions HIV/AIDS patients has many obstacles in sexual life experience,and some lack proper knowledge of safe sex.So comprehensive measures should be taken to intervene to reduce the second-generation transmission of HIV.
