油气田单井数据采集完善方案研究

摘要 油气田单井数字化建设大部分为老旧井场改造,数字化基础薄弱,管理难度大、运行成本高,工作环境艰苦。为了降低企业成本、完善企业管理、提高企业在行业的竞争力,必须开展数字化建设,实现关键生产数据的集中监控,本文对改造量较大的单井数据采集方案进行研究,为单井物联网建设提供技术支持和建议。 Most of the digital construction of single well in oil and gas fields is the transformation of old well sites.The digital foundation is weak,the management is difficult,the operation cost is high,and the working environment is difficult.In order to reduce the cost of enterprises,improve enterprise management and improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the industry,it is necessary to carry out digital construction and realize the centralized monitoring of key production data.This paper studies the single well data acquisition scheme with large amount of transformation,and provides technical support and suggestions for the construction of single well Internet of Things.
