摘要 为全面科学地评估钢板表面质量,有效地控制生产流程,基于模块化设计思想,由LED光源,明暗域结合成像光学系统,高速高分辨率线阵CCD传感器件,友好的人机接口组成一套智能无损检测系统,实现对钢板表面缺陷的在线检测。系统对钢板表面的气泡、夹杂、结疤、划伤和压痕等主要缺陷进行实时在线检测,实现缺陷自动分类,对缺陷数据自动存档、屏幕显示、打印、存储和报警功能。 In order to comprehensively and scientifically assess the surface quality of steel plates and effectively control the production process, based on the Modular design idea, the detection system is composed of LED light source, light and dark area imaging optical system, high-speed and HIGHRESOLUTION LINEAR CCD sensor, friendly man-machine interface to realize on-line detection of steel plate surface defects. The system carries out real-time on-line detection of the main defects on the surface of steel plate, such as bubbles, inclusions, scars, scratches and indentations, and can realize the automatic classification of defects, automatic archiving of defect data, screen display, printing, storage and alarm functions.
