广西壮族自治区乡镇卫生院服务水平评价研究——基于优劣解距离法与秩和比法模糊联合法 被引量:4

摘要 目的:分析广西壮族自治区乡镇卫生院医疗服务能力现状,为基层医疗卫生均衡及优化发展提供科学依据。方法:采用优劣解距离法、秩和比法及二者模糊联合法,对广西壮族自治区14个地级市的乡镇卫生院服务水平进行评价。结果:采用优劣解距离法评价,北海市、玉林市和钦州市(Ci值分别为0.786、0.737和0.696)排名居前3位,河池市、百色市和崇左市(Ci值分别为0.281、0.269和0.227)排名居后3位;采用秩和比法评价,北海市、玉林市和南宁市(RSR值分别为0.816、0.760和0.724)排名居前3位,桂林市、百色市和崇左市(RSR值分别为0260、0.235和0.148)排名居后3位;采用二者模糊联合法评价,北海市、玉林市和钦州市排名居前3位,河池市、百色市和崇左市排名居后3位。结论:3种方法研究结果并不完全一致,但大体走向相近,广西壮族自治区乡镇卫生院服务水平仍有待完善,存在的地区服务水平差异问题需要尽快解决。 OBJECTIVE The present situation of medical service capacity of township hospitals in Guangxi was analyzed to provide scientific basis for the balanced and optimal development of primary medical and health care.METHODS The service level of township health centers in 14 prefecture-level cities of Guangxi was evaluated by using TOPSIS,RSR and fuzzy combination method.RESULTS The top three cities in TOPSIS evaluation were Beihai,Yulin and Qinzhou(Ci=0.786,0.737,0.696).The last three were Hechi,Baise and Chongzuo(Ci=0.281,0.269,0.227).The top three cities in RSR evaluation are Beihai,Yulin and Nanning(RSR=0.816,0.760,0.724).The last three are Hechi,Baise and Chongzuo(RSR=0260,0.235,0.148).The top three cities in the evaluation results of fuzzy combination method are Beihai,Yulin and Qinzhou.The last three are Hechi,Baise and Chongzuo.CONCLUSION The results of the three methods are not exactly the same,but the overall trend is similar,the service level of township health centers in Guangxi needs to be improved,and the problem of regional service level difference needs to be solved.
