上海市在校大学生对新冠肺炎疫苗接种的满意度及影响因素分析

Analysis of the Satisfaction of College Students in Shanghai with COVID-19 Vaccination and Its Influencing Factors

目的:分析上海市在校大学生对新冠肺炎疫苗接种的满意度及影响因素,为今后疫苗接种工作的有效开展提供科学依据。方法:2021年6—8月采用随机抽样法对上海市已开展新冠肺炎疫苗接种的1所医学院校和1所非医学院校的1899名大学生进行问卷调查。结果:大学生对于新冠肺炎疫苗接种的总体满意度评分为84.09分。其中,对于接种费用的满意度评分最高,为(90.33±15.13)分;对于疫苗接种等待时长的满意度评分最低,为(76.56±21.90)分。分析结果显示,非常担心疫苗质量、非常担心疫苗注射点存在感染风险、非常认同自己感染新冠肺炎的可能性很小、非常不认同做好防护措施可以有效预防新冠肺炎感染、非常不认同自己能完全做到新冠肺炎的各类防护措施、非常不愿意主动参加新冠肺炎疫苗接种的在校大学生对新冠肺炎疫苗接种的总体满意度评分较低。结论:建议改善疫苗接种点的软件及硬件设施,加强大学生有关新型冠状病毒肺炎及新冠肺炎疫苗相关知识的宣传力度,提高大学生对新冠肺炎疫苗接种的满意度,最终达到提高新冠肺炎疫苗接种率的目的。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the satisfaction and influencing factors of Shanghai college students with COVID-19 vaccination in order to provide a scientific basis for effective vaccination in the future.METHODS Random sampling method was used to survey 1899 college students from 1 medical school and 1 non-medical school in Shanghai who had undergone COVID-19 vaccination.RESULTS The overall college student satisfaction score for COVID-19 vaccination was 84.09,with the highest satisfaction score for vaccination costs being(90.33±15.13),and the lowest satisfaction score for vaccination waiting duration being(76.56±21.90).Linear regression analysis results shown that very worried about vaccine quality,very worried about vaccine point infection risk,very agree with his COVID-19 may be small,very disagreed with protective measures could effectively prevent COVID-19 infection,very did not agree with oneself could fully do COVID-19 all kinds of protective measures,very reluctant to actively attend COVID-19 vaccination of college students on COVID-19 vaccination overall satisfaction score was low.CONCLUSION It is suggested to improve the software and hardware facilities of the vaccination sites,strengthen the publicity of college students about COVID-19 and COVID-19 vaccine,improve the satisfaction of college students with COVID-19 vaccine vaccination,and finally achieve the overall improvement of COVID-19 vaccine vaccination rate.
