考虑环境效率的交通运输全要素生产率及其与区域绿色GDP的相关性:基于中国省域面板数据的实证研究

The Relationship between Total Factor Productivity in the Transportation Industry and Regional Green GDP Considering Environmental Efficiency:Empirical Research Based on China's Provincial Panel Data

交通运输业是国民经济发展的“先行官”,但是目前我国各省份的交通运输产业发展还不均衡,本文借助中国31省份2011-2015年的面板数据,运用DEA-Malmquist方法测算了交通运输产业的全要素生产率并分析了东、中、西三大地区的差异性。在考虑环境效率的基础上使用SPSS软件进行相关性分析和回归分析深入研究了全要素生产率及其分解指数与区域绿色经济的关系。结果发现,各省份交通运输行业的全要素生产率还比较低,并且存在明显的区域差异性。交通运输业全要素生产率的提升对于区域经济可持续增长都具有正向促进作用,但是这种正向影响主要是技术效率和纯技术效率引起的,技术进步和规模效率的促进作用不明显。基于此,本文提出了一系列有针对性的对策建议。

The transportation industry is the"first officer"of national economic.However,at present,the development of transportation industry in our country is not balanced.With the panel data of 31 provinces in China in 2011 and 2015,In this paper the DEA-Malmquist method is used to measure the total factor productivity of the transportation industry and the differences.analysis of the eastern,central and western regions.We also use SPSS software for correlation analysis and regression analysis to study the relationship between total factor productivity and its decomposition index and regional green GDP.It is found that the total factor productivity of the transportation industry in each province is relatively low,and there are obvious regional differences.The improvement of total factor productivity in transportation industry has positive effect on regional economic growth,but this positive effect is mainly caused by technical efficiency and pure technical efficiency.Technological progress and scale efficiency have no positive influences.Based on this,this paper presents a series of targeted countermeasures and suggestions.
