摘要
由于高阻抗电力变压器结构设计的多样性,漏磁场分布的特殊性,绕组热点温升可能成为变压器可靠性设计的主要矛盾,并直接影响了高阻抗电力变压器的预期寿命和长期安全可靠运行。通过采用光纤测温装置,直接测量了一台采用高压内置结构的高阻抗电力变压器的绕组热点温升,并与间接测量及仿真计算的结果进行了比较。根据比较结果,进一步分析了仿真计算和间接测量的误差问题以及采用光纤测温直接测量的准确性,为高阻抗电力变压器的可靠性设计提供了借鉴。
Due to the diversity of the structural design of high-impedance power transformer and the complexity of the leakage field distribution,the winding hot spot temperature rise may become the main contradiction in the reliability design of transformer,which directly affects the expected life and long-term safe and reliable operation of high impedance power transformer.Through the use of optical fiber temperature measurement device,the winding hot spot temperature of a high impedance power transformer with high voltage built-in structure is measured directly,and compared with the results of indirect measurement and simulation calculation.According to the comparison results,the error of simulation calculation and indirect measurement and the accuracy of direct measurement with optical fiber temperature measurement are further analyzed,which provides a reference for the reliability design of high impedance power transformer.
