共无定形药物的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 近年来,共无定形药物制剂逐渐成为一种很有潜力的新型药物传递系统。共无定形药物制剂可提高无定形态药物的稳定性,改善难溶性药物的溶解度和溶出度,从而潜在提高生物利用度和治疗效果。本研究从制备方法、理化特性、物理稳定性和体外性能的角度对共无定形药物进行了综述,并通过几个经典药物的药代动力学案例回顾,阐明了共无定形药物的体内优势。特别是,重点从理论基础、制备技术、理化性质等方面对共无定形药物的优势进行了探讨,为进一步开发高质量共无定形药物制剂提供参考。 In recent years,the co-amorphous drug formulations have gradually become a new type of drug delivery system with great potential.Co-amorphous drug formulations can improve the stability of amorphous drugs and improve the solubility and dissolution of poorly water-soluble drugs,thereby potentially improving their bioavailability and therapeutic effects.This paper reviews co-amorphous drugs from the perspectives of preparation methods,physicochemical properties,physical stability,and in vitro performance,and clarifieds the in vivo advantages of co-amorphous drugs through a review of the pharmacokinetics of several classic drugs.In particular,the advantages of co-amorphous drugs in theory,preparation technology,and physicochemical properties are discussed to provide a reference for the further development of high-quality co-amorphous drug formulations.
