摘要 职业院校作为“1+X证书制度”的实施主体,需要解决“教学脱离实际、专业脱离职业、学生脱离岗位”等难题以及重新修订人才培养的标准和要求,积极、主动的与优质的行业、企业展开合作,共同设置人才培养目标,研发技术创新渠道,拉动社会就业、创业率,最终提高学校社会服务以及文化传承能力。本文从实施背景出发,陈列汽车专业领域“1+X”证书制度的实践中遇到的问题,以三教改革为抓手,在四方融合的校企融合平台下,打造共享的师资队伍,探索“课证融通”的“1+X”证书制度实施模式。 As the main body of the implementation of the “1+X certificate system”,vocational colleges need to solve the problems of “teaching out of reality,majors out of occupations,and students out of positions” and re-revise the standards and requirements of talent training,and actively,proactively and high-efficiently cooperate with various industries and enterprises to jointly set talent training goals,and research and develop technological innovation channels,to stimulate social employment and entrepreneurship rates,and ultimately improve the school’s social services and cultural heritage capabilities.Starting from the implementation background,this paper presents the problems encountered in the practice of the “1+X” certificate system in the automotive field.Taking the three-education reform as the starting point,under the school-enterprise integration platform of the four parties,the study creates a shared teaching team,and explores the “1+X” certificate system implementation mode of "Course Certificate Facility".
