产教融合下高职汽车类专业“岗证课赛训”的教学改革探索

Exploration on the Teaching Reform of “Post Certificate Course Competition Training” in Higher Vocational Automobile Majors under the Integration of Production and Education

在当今产教融合的背景下,高职院校汽车类专业落实“岗证课赛训”的教学改革工作具备较大的现实意义,在此期间,学校与企业需要进行广泛地交流合作,结合行业协会所给出的建议,对现有的教学方式、教学课程、教师团队、教学组织进行优化、改善,同时还应当在教学过程中融入思想教育,来提高学生的职业道德素养。本文在产教融合的视野上,对高职汽车类专业的教学改革工作进行分析探讨。

Under the background of today’s integration of production and education,the implementation of the teaching reform of “post certificate course competition training” for automobile majors in higher vocational colleges has great practical significance.During this period,schools and enterprises need to conduct extensive exchanges and cooperation,combined with the suggestions given by industry associations,to optimize and improve the existing teaching methods,teaching courses,teacher teams,and teaching organizations,and at the same time,ideological education should be integrated into the teaching process to improve students’ professional ethics.From the perspective of the integration of production and education,this paper analyzes and discusses the teaching reform of automobile majors in higher vocational colleges.
