摘要 差速器与其外壳的蜗轮蜗杆副是JPH-A型动平衡试验台测量检测系统的重要组成部分,长时间的重复试验使其测量检测精度降低。本次设计将在在分析国内外研究现状的基础上,首先对动平衡实验台上对称型圆锥齿轮差速器的齿轮进行参数选择并对其进行尺寸与强度计算,之后在对差速器行星齿轮轴及轴承进行选型并进行设计计算,最后对差速器外壳上的蜗轮蜗杆配合进行尺寸选型。最终通过上述设计使得动平衡试验台的测量检测系统得到优化提升。 The worm gear pair of the differential and its casing is an important part of the measurement and detection system of the JPH-A dynamic balance test bench,and the measurement and detection accuracy is reduced after a long time of repeated tests.In this design,on the basis of analyzing the research status at home and abroad,the parameters of the gears of the symmetrical bevel gear differential on the dynamic balance test bench will be selected first,and the size and strength of the gears will be calculated.The gear shaft and bearing are selected and calculated,and finally the size of the worm gear on the differential housing is selected.Through the above design,the measurement and detection system of the dynamic balance test bench is optimized and improved.
