摘要
白车身制造是整车制造中的重要一环,其制造工艺是整车制造工艺的重要组成部分,白车身连接工艺通常有焊接,胶接和铆接等。白车身连接工艺的可靠性对整车的NVH性能、整车碰撞安全性能有着至关重要的影响,目前白车身制造工艺中,焊接仍然占主要一大部分。激光钎焊作为较成熟的焊接技术,近些年在白车身制造中逐渐得到广泛应用。本文从激光钎焊的角度,探讨激光钎焊在汽车白车身批量生产中遇到的常见质量缺陷类型以及常见的解决办法。
BIW manufacturing is an important part of vehicle manufacturing,and its manufacturing process is an important part of the vehicle manufacturing process.The BIW connection processes usually include welding,gluing and riveting.The reliability of the body-in-white connection process has a crucial impact on the NVH performance of the vehicle and the crash safety performance of the vehicle.At present,welding still accounts for a major part of the body-in-white manufacturing process.As a relatively mature welding technology,laser brazing has gradually been widely used in body-in-white manufacturing in recent years.From the perspective of laser brazing,this paper discusses the common types of quality defects and common solutions encountered by laser brazing in the mass production of automobile body-in-white.
