摘要
为了降低摩托车发动机噪声,本文对进、排气门落座冲击引起的振动及噪声进行测量和分析,找出产生噪声的激励源,并通过改善凸轮轮廓缓冲曲线的方法,减少气门落座冲击激励力,降低了发动机的噪声。该方案应用取得很好的降低噪声效果。
In this paper,to reduce the noise of motorcycle engine,the vibration and noise caused by the seating impact of inlet and exhaust valves are measured and analyzed so as to find out the excitation source of noise.By improving the slowing down curve of CAM profile,reducing excitation force of valve seating impact and the noise of engine,the application of this scheme has achieved good noise reduction effect.
