油气生产物联网(A11)技术在丘东气田的应用

摘要 本文介绍了油气生产物联网(简称A11)技术在丘东气田中的应用,实现对生产一线的油井、水井、阀组间、集气站的数据采集,传输到温米联合站,并对其实时数据进行分析诊断应用;通过温米联合站中控室对丘东气田实现集中监控,将原有的四座集气站实现了无人值守,做到了“无人值守、电子巡检,数据自动采集,报表自动生成”,优化了生产管理流程和组织结构,从而为油气生产的精细化管理奠定技术基础。 This paper introduces that the Internet of Things for oil and gas production(A11 for short) is the application of the Internet of Things technology in Qiudong Gas field, which can collect and transmit data from oil Wells, Wells, valve groups and gas gathering stations on the production line to WenMi combined stations, and analyze and diagnose real-time data. Centralized monitoring of Qiudong gas field was realized through central control of WenMi combined station. The original four gas gathering stations were changed from manned to unattended, realizing "unattended, electronic inspection, automatic data collection and automatic report generation". Optimized production management process and organizational structure, thus laying the technical foundation for refined management of oil and gas production.
