摘要
活套对于冷轧生产线尤其是连续退火机组有着十分重要的意义,本文以困扰二冷轧连续退火机组的入口活套张力故障为背景,以解决故障困扰、排除故障隐患为目的,围绕着与入口活套相关的生产线连续性控制、张力控制等内容,通过对可编程控制器控制程序和运转方案的研究,找出故障的原因和导致这种故障存在的外方原始设计中存在的缺陷,制定出解决方案并对控制程序做出完善。通过本次攻关,我们可以发现日方在基本控制理论和控制方法上已臻成熟,只是在具体的细节方面体现出考虑不周和适应性稍差以及在特定状态下的一些缺陷,工程技术人员在解决现场问题时应多从上述这些方面考虑,希望本文能给予同行其他同事一些启发和帮助。
Looper Tower is very important to Cold Rolling Mill especially Continuous Annealing Line,the background of the text is ELT(Entry Looper Tower) tension trouble which puzzled Continuous Annealing Line of the Second Cold Rolling Mill for a long time. In order to solve the puzzle and eliminate the hidden trouble, around the continuity control and tension control of the product line connected with ELT, find the reason of the trouble and the bug in original design by foreign engineer and make a scheme and perfect the PLC program through the research to PLC program and operation description.Via this research, we can see that the basic control theory and control method of Japanese engineer are mature, just have a little of shortage in detail or special condition. Our plant engineers should consider above matters more when deal with plant troubles, I hope this text can give colleagues a hand.
