以江苏滨海LNG配套管线工程为例,讨论了SCADA系统在石油天然气长输管线上的应用,SCADA系统基于光缆和卫星的通信方式,采用三级控制的管理模式有效的实现了对管道的监控、调度和管理,保证管道的安全、平稳、自动化运行。

Taking the Bin Hai in Jiangsu province LNG Pipeline Project for example, the paper discussed the application of SCADA system in long-distance pipeline and its control mode. The SCADA system communicates with cable and satellite and adopts three levels control and man agement mode, which is conducive to effctive monitoring,dispath and management, and ensures the pipline’s safe, smooth and automated operation.
