农业绿色发展能力评价研究

Research on the Evaluation of Agricultural Green Development Capacity

为了解甘肃省农业绿色发展能力,提升甘肃省农业发展质量,从资源利用、环境保护、高效利用、绿色发展4个维度构建甘肃省农业绿色发展能力评价指标体系。基于甘肃省2015~2019年农业绿色发展相关数据,采用熵权TOPSIS法对甘肃省农业绿色发展能力进行分析评价,结果表明,甘肃省农业绿色发展能力整体上呈上升趋势;资源利用、高效发展、绿色供给3方面均排第四,环境保护方面甘肃省排名第二,说明甘肃省农业绿色发展具有很大的空间,提高甘肃省农业绿色发展能力应注重加强农业现代化建设、因地制宜提升管理水平和农业生产者素质。

In order to understand the agricultural green development capacity and improve the agricultural development quality of Gansu Province,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of agricultural green development ability from resource utilization,environmental protection,efficient utilization and green development these 4 dimensions.Based on the 2015~2019 relevant data of agricultural green development in Gansu,the ability of agricultural green development of Gansu Province was evaluated and analyzed by using the entropy weight TOPSIS method,the results show that the agricultural green development capacity in Gansu Province is on the rise as a whole.It ranks fourth in terms of resource utilization,efficient development and green supply,ranks second in terms of environmental protection,which declares that there is a great space for the green development of agriculture in Gansu Province.To improve the ability of green development of agriculture,it should pay attention to strengthening the modernization of agriculture,improving the management level and the quality of agricultural producers.
