耐盐碱细菌筛选及与发酵尾液肥料的配施应用研究

摘要 对玉米幼苗施加不同处理,直接观察、测定玉米幼苗生长情况、生物量、土壤pH的改变,间接反应耐盐碱菌剂的添加对肥料品质的影响。对3株耐盐碱菌进行耐盐、耐碱功能鉴定,其中M3号菌耐盐碱能力最强,最高能耐受6%的氯化钠浓度,最高耐受pH为10。在盆栽试验中,施加添加耐盐碱菌剂的肥料对玉米农艺性状都有一定的作用且达到显著性差异水平(Sig.<0.05),对幼苗叶绿素含量测定,各对照间含量相差不大且未达到显著差异水平,说明光照强度基本一致,能充分验证添加耐盐碱菌剂对发酵尾液肥料品质的影响。 Different treatments were applied to corn seedlings,the growth of maize seedlings.The changes of biomass and soil pH were directly observed and measured,and the effect of salt-tolerant bacteria on fertilizer quality was indirectly reflected.The salt-tolerant and alkali-resistant functions of three strains were identified,among which M3 had the strongest salt-tolerant ability,the highest tolerance to 6%sodium chloride concentration and the highest tolerance to pH 10.In the POT experiment,the addition of saline-alkali-resistant microbial agent to the fertilizer had a certain effect on the agronomic characters of maize and reached the significant difference level(Sig<0.05),the results showed that the light intensity was almost the same,and the effect of adding saline-alkali-resistant bacteria on the quality of fermentative tail liquid fertilizer could be fully verified.
