大别山常见药材中多糖成分的药理活性研究进展

Study on Biological Activity of Polysaccharides of Common Chinese Herbal Medicines in Dabie Mountains

大别山盛产多种中药材,其中常见中药材有霍山石斛、天麻、灵芝、茯苓、黄精等,年产量位于全国前列。随着国家对中药产业的重视,中药材的主要成分和生物活性被广泛关注。多糖是中药的重要活性成分,研究表明,中药多糖具有多种生物活性,如抗肿瘤、抗氧化、降血糖、免疫调节活性等。本文基于已有研究成果总结归纳了大别山地区常见中药材中多糖成分的生物活性及相关药理作用,以期为大别山地区常见中药的深入研究提供参考。

Dabie Mountain is rich in a variety of Chinese herbal medicines,such as Dendrobium huoshan,Gastrodia elata,Ganoderma lucidum,Poria cocoa,rhizoma polygonati,and so on.With high regard for Chinese herbal medicines,the active ingredients and biological activity of common Chinese herbal medicines have been gained wide attention.Polysaccharides are the important active ingredient of Chinese herbal medicines.It is reported that polysaccharides from Chinese herbal medicines possess many biological activities,such as antitumor,antioxidant,hypolipidemic and immunomodulatory activities.Based on the previous studies,the biological activities were summarized,in order to provide a reference for the in-depth study of common Chinese herbal medicines in Dabie Mountains.
