摘要
分别运用白术、茯苓、珍珠及三药配伍的6种不同配比,采用3种不同极性的溶剂进行超声提取,以维生素C和α-熊果苷为阳性对照,在体外用酪氨酸酶抑制法实验,比较不同药物的美白功效差异。研究发现9组样品的不同溶剂提取物均对酪氨酸酶有抑制作用,其中以75%乙醇提取效果最佳,白术、茯苓和珍珠2:6:1配比的美白效果最佳。结果发现,75%乙醇提取的白术-茯苓-珍珠2:6:1配比可作为美白产品的中药配方。
The whitening function of Atractylodes,Poria and pearl and their six different ratios of mixtures was evaluated,which were extracted by ultrasonic using three solvents of different polarities.Tyrosinase inhibitory test was used for comparing the whitening effect of different drugs,and vitamin C andα-arbutin were used as positive controls.The research found that all groups of extracts in different solvents had inhibitory effect on tyrosinase.75%ethanol extraction group had the best effect among three different solvents,and atractylodes-poria-pearl in 2:6:1 ratio was the best group in 75%ethanol extractions.The results showed that Atractylodes-poria-pearl in 2:6:1 can be used as a traditional Chinese medicine formula for whitening products.
