文石相棒状碳酸钙的制备及其工艺参数的影响 被引量:1

摘要 本论文分别以氢氧化钙上清液和氯化镁作为钙源和晶型控制剂,通过碳化法制备文石相棒状碳酸钙。分别采用XRD和SEM表征分析了碳酸钙样品的晶型、纯度和形貌。同时,进一步研究了搅拌速度、反应温度、通气量等不同工艺参数对文石相棒状碳酸钙形貌生成的影响规律。当碳化温度为80℃,通气量为170 mL/min,搅拌速率为130 r/min时,可获得综合品质最佳的文石相碳酸钙样品。此时,文石相CaCO含量高于98%,晶须平均直径为50μm,长径比2~20,分散性良好。 Aragonite rod calcium carbonate was prepared by carbonization with calcium hydroxide supernatant and magnesium chloride as calcium source and crystal form control agent.The crystal form,purity and morphology of calcium carbonate were characterized by XRD and SEM.At the same time,the effects of different process parameters such as stirring speed,reaction temperature and ventilation on the morphology of aragonite rod calcium carbonate were further studied.When the carbonization temperature was 80℃,the ventilation was 170 mL/min and the stirring rate was 130 r/min,the best aragonite calcium carbonate sample can be obtained.At this time,CaCOcontent of aragonite phase was higher than 98%,and the average diameter of whisker was 50μm.The aspect ratio was 2~20 and the dispersion was good.
