FeCrNi合金表面CeO_(2)-NiCu复合镀层抗结焦渗碳性能研究

摘要 在前期利用脉冲电沉积制备CeO_(2)-NiCu复合镀层的基础上,利用固体渗碳的方式来模拟评价CeO_(2)-NiCu复合镀层在富碳环境下的抗结焦渗碳性能。通过测量镀层重量的增加,利用X射线衍射分析研究渗碳前后镀层的物相组成、使用扫描电子显微镜观察渗碳前后镀层的形貌特征,来综合评价其抗渗碳性能的差异,结果表明,CeO_(2)-NiCu复合镀层具有较好的抗结焦渗碳性能。 Based on the preparation of CeO_(2)-NiCu composite coating by pulse electrodeposition,the anti-coking carburizing performance of CeO_(2)-NiCu composite coating in a carbon-rich environment was simulated by using solid carburizing method.By measuring the weight gain of the coating,X-ray diffraction analysis was used to study the phase composition of the coating before and after carburizing,and scanning electron microscope was used to observe the morphology characteristics of the coating before and after carburizing,and comprehensively evaluate the difference of anti-carburizing performance.The results showed that CeO_(2)-NiCu composite coating has better anti-coking carburizing performance.
