以多孔金电极为传感界面的电化学双标记免疫传感器研究

摘要 本实验中制备得多孔金纳米电极,并采用层层自组装技术制作三明治电化学免疫夹心传感器。采用二种不同电位响应的中性红(NR)和硫堇(TH)为电活性标记物,利用循环伏安法(CV)和示差脉冲伏安法(DPV)定量测量,抗原浓度在1~100 ng/mL范围内,成功实现了正常兔和正常鼠的同时免疫检测,为未来多抗原同时免疫检测奠定了理论基础并具有一定的临床实验价值。 The porous gold nano-electrode was prepared.The sandwich electrochemical immune sandwich sensor was fabricated by layer-by-layer self-assembly technology.Two kinds of neutral red(NR)and thionine(TH)with different potential responses were used as electroactive markers.The antigen concentration was in the range of 1~100 ng/mL by cyclic voltammetry(CV)and differential pulse voltammetry(DPV),and the simultaneous immunoassay of normal rabbits and normal mice was successfully realized,which laid a theoretical foundation for the simultaneous immunoassay of multiple antigens in the future.
