摘要
建立了同时测定防脱发类化妆品中氟他胺、非那雄胺、左炔诺孕酮、醋酸环丙孕酮、醋酸氯地孕酮和度他雄胺等6种抗雄激素药物含量的HPLC-DAD方法。实验采用C色谱柱,柱温30℃,流动相为甲醇-水,等度洗脱;检测波长225 nm、285 nm。结果表明6种药物均在2~100μg·mL^(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系(r>0.9990);经膏霜、乳液、水3种基质测试,平均加样回收率为97.6%~99.8%,RSD为0.05%~0.97%。该方法简便、重复性好,可用于判断防脱发类化妆品中6种抗雄激素药物的非法添加情况。
A HPLC-DAD method for the simultaneous determination of the content of 6 anti-androgen drugs,including flutamide,finasteride,levonorgestrel,cycloproperosterone acetate,chlormadinone acetate and dutasteride in anti-hair-loss cosmetics was established.Preparation was performed on a 30℃Ccolumn,with the mobile phase comprising of methanol-water in a isocratic elution manner,and the detection wavelengths were set at 225 nm and 285 nm.The results showed that 6 drugs had a good linear relationship in the range of 2~100μg·mL^(-1)(r>0.9990).Tested in cream,emulsion and water matrices,the average recovery rate was 97.6%~99.8%with RSDs of 0.05%~0.97%.The method was simple and repeatable,which could effectively judge the illegal addition of 6 anti-androgen drugs in anti-hair-loss cosmetics.
