摘要
由于文物的不可逆性,要求对文物材料元素检测时不能对文物本体造成损伤。目前对古建筑材料进行成分检测时常用的XRD技术需将样品磨成粉状才能检测。激光诱导击穿光谱分析技术(LIBS)能够无损、快速、准确的进行多元素检测,在文物保护中具有较大应用价值。LIBS技术分析了不同地方建筑的材料样品。结果表明,LIBS对检测样品损伤极小,且能快速的确定样品的组成元素及含量。在文化遗产应用中,LIBS可作为新型的物质成分检测技术,能够为文物材料成分的检测提供新的技术参考。
Due to the irreversibility of cultural relics,it is required not to cause damages to the cultural relics during their elemental detections.However,commonly used XRD technique requires that the samples must be powdery,while the new technique of laser induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS)can perform multi-element detection accurately and rapidly with little or no sample destruction.LIBS technique was used to perform elemental analysis of samples from different architectures.The characteristic line intensities of different elements indicated that the elements and concentrations of the samples differed significantly.The results proved that LIBS technique can determine the elements and elemental concentrations of the antique while make little damage to the antique,and the validity and simplicity of LIBS technique also highlighted its potential application in the detection of cultural relics.
