摘要
渤海某油田加气浮选器作为油田生产水处理系统的二级设备,因为液位调节不稳定、溶气量、回流比及加药浓度、收油与刮渣频率等关键运行参数设置不合理,自投用之后处理效果不佳,导致气浮出口水质含油量超出设计要求值。本文阐述了通过对气浮进行流程优化改造、关键参数进行实验设计优化等两项技术措施最终改善处理效果,提高处理水质的应用。
As the secondary unit in the wastewater treatment system in an Bohai oilfield, it was far from meeting the requirements for the designed capability, since its unstable liquid level control, improper key parameters set up in dissolved gas, circulation, concentration of chemicals and oil scraper frequency.The application of two technical measures to improve the treatment effect and improve the treated water quality by optimizing the process of air floatation and optimizing the experimental design of key parameters were described.
