“口诀记忆法”在片剂教学中的运用探讨

Application of “Formula Memory Method” in Tablet Teaching

药剂学是药学专业的核心课程,辅料是其中比较难学的部分。辅料发挥功能一般是在适宜条件下,与药物活性成分发生有益的物理、化学相互作用。辅料的种类特别多,有部分辅料作用不止一个,故教学过程中采用“口诀记忆法”帮助学生记忆辅料并理解其在药物中起作用的化学机理。现以“口诀记忆法”在片剂教学实施中为例,总结其应用的规律及原则,为其在其他课程中的应用提供依据。

Pharmacewtics is the core course of Pharmacy specialty, and excipients are the difficult part. The function of excipients is generally beneficial physical and chemical interaction with drug active ingredients under appropriate conditions.There are many kinds of excipients, and some excipients play more than one role.Therefore, the “formula memory method” was used in the teaching process to help students remember excipients and understand their chemical mechanism in drugs.Taking the “formula memory method” in tablet teaching as an example, the laws and principles of its application were summarized, so as to provide a basis for its application in other courses.
