新中国成立以来中国特色社会主义生态文明思想的历史演进

Historical Evolution of the Socialist Ecological Civilization Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics Since the Founding of P. R. China

习近平生态文明思想是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想中被国内外公认的原创性的思想之一。历史回顾、演进与嬗变一直是思想理论研究的一个重要切入点。从党的历代领导人的生态理念和生态实践切入,提炼出新中国成立70多年来几个不同时期生态文明的核心要义,即“人类者,自然物之一也,受自然法则之支配”“保护环境是我国一项基本国策”“实施可持续发展战略”“必须坚持全面协调可持续发展”“建设美丽中国”,这有利于系统把握我国生态文明思想的理论与实践相统一、历史与逻辑相统一的历史发展过程,推进新时代生态文明思想的理论创新与实践。

The thought of ecological civilization is one of the original ideas recognized at home and abroad in Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. Historical review,evolution and transmutation have always been an important entry point for ideological and theoretical research. This paper focuses on the ecological concept and ecological practice of the leaders of the Party central committees of the past generations,and extracts the core essence of ecological civilization in several different periods in more than 70 years since the founding of P. R. China, namely“ mankind is one of the natural things and governed by the laws of nature”and“environmental protection is our country’s basic national policy”,“implementing a sustainable development strategy”, “ adhering to comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development”, and“ building a beautiful China”,all of which are essential for systematically grasping the unity of theory and practice. The historical development process of China and the theoretical innovation and practical advancement of ecological civilization in the new era are of great significance.
