Research on Energy Saving Transformation of Existing Large Public Buildings——Take Dongguan Citizen Service Center as an Example

既有大型公共建筑具有功能多样、系统复杂、能耗大的特点。以东莞市民服务中心项目为例,介绍在绿色、低碳大背景下,对既有大型公共建筑进行能耗分析和节能改造。节能改造内容包括:空调、幕墙和屋面系统。改造完成后,不仅满足新的办公使用要求,而且达到绿色、舒适、节能和美观效果,可以为其他大型公共建筑节能改造提供良好的参考与借鉴。

Existing large public buildings have the characteristics of diversified functions,complex systems and high energy consumption.Taking the project of Dongguan Citizen Service Center as an example,introduces the energy consumption analysis and energy saving renovation of existing large public buildings under the background of green and low-carbon.Energy saving renovation includes:air conditioning,curtain wall and roof system.After the transformation is completed,it not only meets the new requirements for office use,but also achieves green,comfortable,energy-saving and beautiful effects,which can provide a good reference for other large-scale public building energy-saving transformation.
