摘要
广州某美术馆外围钢混结构采用一种长椭圆形-倒梯形变截面钢管混凝土柱。该柱造型独特,采用此种形式的柱可保证框架柱沿建筑外立面呈倾斜状态,各层悬挑跨度保持一致,同时柱内侧保持竖直的效果,但同时自重大,对现场吊装条件要求较高。经过深化设计,解决了该柱在结构层面难以焊接的难题,研发了一种汽车吊支腿支撑架,可满足在回填土范围内稳定支撑汽车吊支腿的承载要求,节约了施工成本,具有很好的推广应用前景。
A long oval inverted trapezoidal variable section concrete-filled steel tube column is used in the outer steel concrete structure of an art museum in Guangzhou.The column is unique in shape,and the use of this form of column can ensure that the frame column along the building’s facade is inclined,the cantilevered span of each layer remains the same,while the inner side of the column remains vertical,but at the same time,it has high requirements on the site hoisting conditions.Through the in-depth design,the difficult problem of welding the column in the structural level is solved,a kind of support frame is developed,which can meet the load carrying requirement of the support leg of the truck crane stably in the backfill soil,it saves the construction cost and has a good prospect of popularization and application.
