摘要
结合某大型仓储类项目,对大型仓储类项目高空混凝土框架梁支撑体系的施工技术进行研究,提出了以预埋钢牛腿+扁担梁+贝雷架+三角桁架组合形成的快速安拆钢平台支撑体系,并通过Midas有限元软件对支撑体系进行模拟验算。解决了传统落地式高支模施工工期长、稳定性差等施工难题,该装配式支撑体系具有高效快捷、安全可靠的特点,满足超高大跨度混凝土框架梁的施工要求,为施工安全和进度提供了有力保障。
Combined with a large storage project,the construction technology of high-altitude concrete frame beam support system for large warehousing projects is studied.A rapid installation and disassembly steel platform support system formed by the combination of embedded steel corbel+shoulder pole beam+Bailey frame+triangular truss is proposed,and the support system is simulated and calculated by Midas finite element analysis software.The construction problems such as long construction period and poor stability of the traditional floor type high formwork are solved.The fabricated support system has the characteristics of efficient,fast,safe and reliable construction,meets the construction requirements of super long-span concrete frame beams,and provides a strong guarantee for construction safety and progress.
