摘要
该技术对装配式建筑一体化现浇结构拉缝施工技术进行了研究。通过在构造填充墙体与剪力墙的竖向和横向接缝部位设置定型化柔性PVC拉缝板,减弱构造墙体与梁柱间的连接强度,有效防止开裂,实现构造外墙和结构一次性浇筑;拉缝位置采用锚固钢筋和塑料板材作为阻尼装置,塑料板材采用Z型多凹槽形式加长渗透水流的路径,达到抗震、防水的效果,形成了相应的施工新技术。
This technology studies the construction technology of the cast-in-place structure of the prefabricated building integration.By setting the shaped flexible PVC joints at the vertical and horizontal joints between the structural infill wall and the shear wall,the strength of the connection between the structural wall and the beam and column is weakened,cracking is effectively prevented,and the structural external wall and structure can be realized at one time.The anchoring steel bars and plastic sheets are used as damping devices at the location of the tension joints,and the plastic sheets adopt the Z-shaped multi-groove form to lengthen the path of the permeable water flow to achieve the effects of earthquake resistance and waterproofing,and form a corresponding new construction technology.
