“一带一路”省域绿色金融与产业结构耦合协调发展时空分异

Spatial-Temporal Differentiation of Coupling Coordination Development between Green Finance and Industrial Structure in Provinces Along the Belt and Road

以“一带一路”沿线省份为典型样本,运用2013—2019年的相关数据构建绿色金融发展与产业结构优化衡量指标体系,测度“一带一路”省域绿色金融与产业结构耦合协调度变化,并基于GIS探求各省份耦合协调度时空分异特征。结果表明:随着“一带一路”倡议不断推进,研究区域绿色金融与产业结构的耦合协调度逐年提高,华东地区常年处于高位,西北地区耦合协调度增幅较大,同时,随着各地区相关政策的落地,地区间耦合协调度差异有所降低。整体来看,“一带一路”沿线省份大多为绿色金融滞后型,深入绿色金融发展,积极引导绿色金融与产业升级的良性互动,是推动绿色金融促进区域经济高质量发展的重要途径。

Taking provinces along the Belt and Road as a typical sample,the comprehensive green finance development and industrial structure optimization index system are constructed by using the data of 2013-2019,and to measure the variation of the coupling coordination between provincial green finance and industrial structure along the Belt and Road.Based on GIS,the spatial and temporal characteristics of the coupling coordination degree of each province are explored.Research shows that with the continuous advancement of the Belt and Road Initiative,the coupling degree of green finance and industrial structure in the study area has been improved year by year,and the eastern region is higher than other regions.The coupling coordination degree of the northwest region has been improved considerably.Meanwhile,with the landing of relevant policies in those provinces,the gap between regions has been reduced.Overall,the provinces along the Belt and Road are mostly lagging development of green finance.Thus,deepening green finance development and actively guiding the benign interaction between green finance and industrial upgrading are important measures to let green finance to promote the high quality development of regional economy.
