摘要
“双循环”新发展格局的推出对我国物流业发展提出了更高的要求,研究京津冀区域物流发展特征,有利于促进“双循环”格局下区域经济发展进程。基于2011—2019年的物流发展数据,运用DEA-Malmquist指数从静态、动态角度研究京津冀区域物流效率,采用泰尔指数从空间角度探究物流结构差异。研究得出:(1)京津冀区域物流效率差异性明显,北京主要受产业规模影响,河北天津主要受技术因素影响。(2)区域内部差异性比区域间差异性明显,要加强物流薄弱区域的发展建设,促进区域内物流小循环。(3)技术和管理能力是影响京津冀区域物流发展的最主要因素,新发展格局下区域发展应以物流业为突破口,打破物流发展的不均衡现象,构建高效的物流运输网络。
The proposal of the new development pattern of “double cycle” puts forward higher requirements for the development of China’s logistics industry.Studying the characteristics of regional logistics development in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is conducive to promote the process of regional economic development under the “double cycle” pattern.Based on the logistics development data from 2011 to 2019,the research extracts the principal components through factor analysis.This paper uses DEA Malmquist index to study the logistics efficiency of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei from a static and dynamic point of view,and uses Theil index to explore the difference of regional logistics structure from a spatial perspective.The results show that:(1) there are obvious differences in logistics efficiency between Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,Beijing is mainly affected by industrial scale,while Tianjin and Hebei Province is mainly affected by technical factors.(2) The difference within regions is more obvious than that between regions.Therefore,we should strengthen the development and construction of logistics in weak areas,promote the small circulation of logistics in the region.(3) Technology and management capacity are the main factors affecting the development of regional logistics in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.Under the new development pattern,regional development should take the logistics industry as a breakthrough,break the imbalance of logistics development and build an efficient logistics transportation network.
