轴心线拟合法在导管架钢桩跨距测量中的应用

摘要 为了精确快速测量浅水导管架钢桩跨距,保证过渡段与组块底部立柱顺利对接,压缩海上建设工期,提出投影圆度判别法的钢桩轴心线拟合计算方法,推导出了圆柱轴心线参数初值计算的公式,通过中国香港天然气终端项目进行了验证。结果表明即使测量条件不佳,通过投影圆度判别法的圆柱拟合法可以成功拟合出钢桩轴心线,完全满足钢桩跨距测量的精度和效率要求。钢桩轴心线拟合方法在海洋工程建设中具有较强的应用价值。 In order to accurately and quickly measure the span of jacket pile in shallow water,ensure the smooth connection between the transition section and the column at the bottom of the module,and reduce the construction period on the sea,roundness estimate method based on projection is introduced in this paper.The formula for calculating the initial value of cylinder axis is deduced and verified by the natural gas terminal project in Hong Kong,China.The result shows that the cylinder fitting method can successfully fit the axial line of pile,even if the measuring conditions are not good,the precision and efficiency requirements of span measurement among piles are fully met.The method in this paper has a strong application value in marine engineering construction.
