摘要
《慈善法》颁布以来,全国各地陆续出台了发展慈善事业的政策法规,公益慈善的核心价值与时代使命得到进一步重视。随之,各类慈善组织与高校联手,在校园开展了形式多样的公益慈善教育项目,其中不乏有效模式,高校慈善通识教育也成为备受关注的核心议题之一,校园慈善文化氛围日益浓厚。那么,如何推动高校慈善通识教育,促进其价值与使命实现?“敦和·善识计划”资助51位大学教师,在全国34所高校开设慈善通识课程。本文以该项目为例,通过分析其架构设计、过程节点问题和评估策略,提出基金会作为“社会创新推动者”,高校作为“知识生产者”,社会组织作为“桥梁”,在资源链接、知识生产、理念倡导和搭建平台中交互作用的协同创新模式,以期对高校慈善通识教育的普及、未来课题和应具备的发展进行观察,提出建议。
Since the Charity Law of the People's Republic of China was promulgated in 2016,relevant policies and regulations have been introduced,and the value and mission of philanthropy have been further emphasized.Under this background,NGOs have cooperated with universities to carry out various education projects,among which many effective models emerged.We are seeing that the philanthropy general education received much attention and the philanthropy culture in universities has become stronger.This paper focuses on how to promote the university-based philanthropy general education, taking the Dunhe Shanshi Project, which grant-making 51teachers from 34 universities in China to teach philanthropy general educationcourses, as an example, and puts forward an effective collaborative innovationmodel. Here, foundations act as “social innovation promoters”, universitiesas “knowledge producer”, and NGOs as “Bridges” . All parties interact witheach other in resource link, knowledge production and platform building,and they work together to solve the problems in order to get feasible suggestionsfor the future development of the topic.
