摘要
以FeSO_(4)·(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4)·6H_(2)O及FeCl_(3)·6H_(2)O为原料,水合肼水溶液为沉淀剂,通过共沉淀法制得FeO(OH)。采用溶剂热法,以FeO(OH)为前驱体,乙二醇为溶剂,200℃反应24 h,得到Al/Fe_(3)O_(4)/Fe_(2)O_(3)复合铝热剂。利用XRD、EDS、SEM和DSC-TG对样品的结构组成、形貌和热性能进行了表征。结果表明:制得了两种晶型FeO(OH)的片状复合物;球状Fe_(3)O_(4)/Fe_(2)O_(3)粒子(40~60 nm)及其团聚体(80~260 nm)紧密复合在Al粒子表面及Al粒子之间,形成Al/Fe_(3)O_(4)/Fe_(2)O_(3)复合铝热剂;DSC-TG分析表明,Al/Fe_(3)O_(4)/Fe_(2)O_(3)复合铝热剂的热反应放热峰分别出现在565.67℃和777.33℃,总放热量达到1345.2 J/g。
FeO(OH)was prepared via a co-precipitation method by using FeSO_(4)·(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4)·6H_(2)O and FeCl_(3)·6H_(2)O as reactants,hydrazine hydrate-water solution as a precipitant.Al/Fe_(3)O_(4)/Fe_(2)O_(3)thermite was also prepared through solvothermal method at a temperature of 200℃for 24 h using FeO(OH)as precursor,and ethylene glycol as solvent.The samples were characterized by XRD,EDS,SEM respectively.DSC-TG analysis was employed to investigate the thermal performance of the thermite.The results show that FeO(OH)is in two crystal forms and has a flaky morphology,Fe_(3)O_(4)/Fe_(2)O_(3)spheres(40~60 nm)and their aggregates(80~260 nm)are on the surface of Al particles or between Al particles and combined with Al particles tightly to form Al/Fe_(3)O_(4)/Fe_(2)O_(3)thermite,DSC-TG curve of Al/Fe_(3)O_(4)/Fe_(2)O_(3)thermite has two main exothermic peaks located at 565.67℃and 777.33℃,and the reaction heat reaches 1345.2 J/g.
