表面活性剂对酸化自增稠聚合物ADD的性能影响

摘要 表面活性剂可以改变酸液自增稠聚合物溶液性能,提升酸液增稠能力,以丙烯酰胺(AM)、N-(3-二甲氨基丙基)甲基丙烯酰胺(DMAPMA)和十八烷基二甲基烯丙基氯化铵(DMAAC-18)为原料合成了一种酸化自增稠剂(ADD),研究表面活性剂的加入对自增稠聚合物增稠性能及残酸流变特性的影响。结果表明,十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)在30℃,5%(以自增稠聚合物质量计)的加量下,当CaCO_(3)加量为32.85 g时,可将自增稠酸液峰值粘度从429 mPa·s提高到513 mPa·s。ADD-SDS残酸在600 s^(-1)剪切速率下,其粘度由99 mPa·s提升到182 mPa·s,同时具有更大的动力学模量。并且ADD-SDS残酸液在加入2.94倍水后,粘度降低至10 mPa·s以下,具有更好的返排能力。 Surfactants can change the performance of acid self-thickening polymer solution and improve the thickening ability of acid solution.An acidified self-thickening agent(ADD)was synthesized from acrylamide(AM),N-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)methylacrylamide(DMAPMA)and octadecyl dimethyl allyl ammonium chloride(DMAAC-18),the effects of surfactant on the thickening properties of self-thickening polymer and the rheological properties of spent acid were studied.The results showed that the peak viscosity of self-thickening acid solution could be increased from 429 mPa·s to 513 mPa·s,when the dosage of sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)was 32.85 g at 30℃and 5%(based on the mass of self-thickening polymer).At the shear rate of 600 s^(-1),the viscosity of ADD-SDS spent acid increases from 99 mPa·s to 182 mPa·s,and has greater kinetic modulus.After adding 2.94 times water,the viscosity of ADD-SDS spent acid solution is reduced to less than 10 mPa·s,which has better flowback ability.
