基于MOFs的纳米破乳剂ZIF-8@CNTs的制备及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 为解决三元复合驱乳液破乳难题,基于MOFs和碳纳米材料的优异吸附性,采用溶剂热法由ZIF-8和OX-CNTs制备了5种两亲性的纳米破乳剂ZIF-8@CNTs,对其进行破乳测试,并通过SEM、FTIR和TGA对其形貌、结构进行了表征。结果表明,复合材料ZIF-8@CNTs呈葡萄枝状,具有良好的破乳性能,在室温条件下,添加量为500 mg/L,30 min时,ZC-1的破乳效率可达到99.4%;OX-CNTs和ZIF-8具有协同破乳作用,两种材料的复合提升了ZIF-8@CNTs的破乳能力。 Based on the excellent adsorption of metal orgaic framework(MOFs)and carbon nanomaterials(CNTs),an amphiphilic nano-demulsifier ZIF-8@CNTs was prepared from ZIF-8 and OX-CNTs by solvothermal method,and its demulsification test was carried out.The demulsifier was characterized by SEM,FTIR and TGA.The results show that the composite material ZIF-8@CNTs is grape-shaped,that the demulsification efficiency of ZC-1 can reach 99.4%at room temperature with the addition of 500 mg/L for 30 min.ZIF-8@CNTs has good demulsification performance.OX-CNTs and ZIF-8 have synergistic demulsification effect.The combination of the two materials improved the demulsification ability of ZIF-8@CNTs.
