摘要
主要综述了活性炭的来源、特性、改性方法,并阐述了改性活性炭在植物油中的脱色机理及其在植物油精炼过程中脱色的研究进展,最后针对当前研究的不足,对改性活性炭在油相中的多样化应用、其与色素之间的作用机制及在油相类复杂体系中的针对性吸附研究进行了展望。
The source,characteristics and modification methods of activated carbon are reviewed,and the decolorization mechanism of modified activated carbon in vegetable oil and its research progress in vegetable oil refining are described.Finally,aiming at the shortcomings of current research,the diversified application of modified activated carbon in oil phase,the interaction mechanism between modified activated carbon and pigment,and the targeted adsorption research in oil phase complex system are prospected.
